17-year-old from Tucson, Ariz., beats Blake for season six title

LOS ANGELES - The big voice overwhelmed the beatbox Wednesday night as Jordin Sparks was crowned the newest and youngest “American Idol.”

Sparks, 17, of Glendale, Ariz., prevailed over Blake Lewis, 25, of Bothell, Wash., after a triumphant performance Tuesday that wowed the show’s judges and the viewers who gave her a majority of the record 74 million votes cast.

“Mom, Dad, I love you,” Sparks, the daughter of retired NFL player Phillippi Sparks, said tearfully after a bearhug from Lewis.

Hi bloggers,

Today is the last day of the summer class. Everyone in the campus is busy complying the requirements, clearance, presentations, checking the projects and etcetera. As for my subject, the deadline of their project is on Monday, May 21. The election fever for senatorial race is getting tougher and tougher and everybody is waiting for the result of who will be in the top12 for senate seats. But enough for that, I will leave that one to the  COMELEC or COLLECT, lol…

A while ago, there were two applicants for Part Time Teaching who demonstrated their expertise infront of the Dean of College, ITE Program Associate Dean, 2 ITE Faculty, 5 selected ITE Students. These people have witnessed their teaching skills in front. One applicant was a fresh grad. from this Institution and the other applicant was a part time professor from one of the Universities here in Davao. The two of them had the potentials of being professors of this program. Again, for a first timer, they were good enough for the position but there were always a way to change for the better.

As for the Amrican Idol Season 6 last night, Melinda Doolitle had bidded her goodbye from the journey of American Idol. I felt bad about the last night’s verdsict but it was American Choice of who will comprise the Final 2. Actually, the three of them were totally deserving for the season’s crown but there can only be one AMerican Idol for this season. Melinda received a wondrous applaused from the audience. She was really deserving for such complement from the millions of fans from America.

Last night was the elimination night for American Idol Season 6 and it was the night wherein America stopped the journey towards fame of Lakisha. Actually, there were 4 more contentants left including Lakisha bu not to be biased, all of them were great performers and showed their potentials and niche as the next America’s Pride Idol. But the votes have spoken that night for more than 45 million votes, Lakisha did not make to the final 3 showdown. Totally, she was one of the best belters and contestants ever in the history of the Idol phenomenon.

And here’s the magic 3 to continue the journey for American Idol Season 6:
