Seeking jobs this time is like looking for coin in the midst of darkness. Knowing the number of applicants nowadays, stiff competitions, skillful items and good resume? Why is that so, some companies are conscious and curious about you and your traits and personality. Luckily, some applicants have passed the screening committees because they knew someone inside or just it is his or her lucky day. But other organizations are eager to know you aside from the actual conversations and interviews, series of exams, application letter and not to mention; the first thing to last in the eyes of the human resource officer is the eye-catching and comprehensive resume.

What about the resume? What are the considerations to follow if we are asked to do one? What includes in here? Do I need to be serious in my resume? Does it reflect my personality or whatever?
